Heritage Hotel

Absolutely wonderful! My girlfriend and I stayed at Heritage Hotel in Tawau for two nights and from the very first moment we truly felt at home. The staff were simply outstanding, always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their genuine warmth made a real difference in our stay.Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches like complimentary water and snacks provided every day. What impressed us most, however, was how much effort the team put into making sure we could enjoy the very best of Tawau. They arranged a private transfer with a local driver so we could explore Tawau Hills Park first and visit the Cocoa Village the day after, all at a very fair price. They also went above and beyond to assist us when we had difficulties with our phone provider, showing once again how much they care for their guests.Heritage Hotel is not only an excellent choice for its comfort and value, but also for its strategic location that makes discovering the area so easy. I most definetly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay that combines convenience, affordability, and exceptional hospitality.

The staff very friendly. Near town area and walking distance to the market and also the food stalls n fruit stall.

The staff are friendly & helpful.Bed is comfy and clean.

No hairdryer in the room.For those who drive, need to try your luck to find parking especially at night.

Surrounding area got a few restaurants and convenience store. It is reachable.

actually just suggestion, if they can upgrade the furniture specially in bathroom, existing looks a bit old. Other that than all okay and I'm enjoying my stay there :)

Staff was friendly and helpful from the hotel. They will try to accommodate your request when there is a need.

Toilet cleanliness can be improved. The toilet is a little old. The Toilet bowl can be little more clean and water system in toilet is not working too well after all. Water stuck on the floor a little after use and we need to get extra floor mat to clean it. Ok. For the bed, bed sheet has little black stains though not very obvious but can be improved better.

I recently had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. I appreciated the convenience of having a 7-Eleven nearby and the abundance of restaurants in the area. The safe environment added to my peace of mind, allowing me to fully enjoy my stay. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable; I look forward to returning! Mantap?

Decent and comfortable bed. Friendly front office staff. Easy parking behind hotel. Near to restaurants, banks and convenience stores.

Bathroom was horrible. Stink, mold, fungus. Towels wasn’t clean and smell like wet dog.

Why sell the room that flood in the toilet very dirty.It happend when you use the sink and shower the water not drain but flood all around the toilet.From 2016 until now still got the same problem flood in the toilet.The problem is still the same.Dont sell the room if the status is out of order VERY BAD and bad for our tourism.

Location right at town center.

Look old, not well maintained, WC leakage, sound proof very bad, sleep disturbed by loud music from next door.

A little bit dusty on the bed, floor have just a little bit rubbish that unnoticeble while sweeping. Staff not supposedly call customer at 10 o'clock, for asked customer to extend stacation or not.. That's supposedly customer check out at 12 o'clock

It was a convenient location.

The first room they gave us was dirty (unmade bed, dirty towels) so they moved us to another room. It seemed clean-ish. There was water all over the bathroom floor, rips in the sheets. If you have to stay, I wouldn’t for more than 1 night.

Spacious room and we had good night sleep. Many restaurants around and 7eleven nearby.

Old Hotel so old facilities. Had to ask the housekeeping to clean the toilet again but still no improvement. Therefore, please lower your expectation when booking the room here.Only paid parking around the hotel therefore first come first served.

Staff is really friendly..shift afternoon maybe..coz we're arrive tawau around 10.30pm 5 star for da staff...

Morning staff call me at 1030 am to acknowledge me need to check out b4 12.30 noon B4 check in i tell them i want late check out..so they give me 30 minute late..i understand some people they were stupid..i just don't understand 12.30 my check out time and call me at 10.30am to remind me..?‍↔️?‍↔️ Work smart please

Nice clean room with big bathroom. People on reception were friendly.

No window in the room and a bit expensive compared to other hotels we have stayed.

Location was good.

Very difficult to get parking. Staff very very un accommodating. Bathroom floor was stained and water logged within a minute of use.

Big spacious room with big window. Good water pressure for hot water as well. Nothing to complain about the room and service

Was a bit surprised with resulting price in the hotel. There was more taxes on top of booking.com price not only normal 10 RM tourist tax. Plus they take 100 RM deposit in cash which is very inconvenient if you're leaving the country
